These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the win788 platform, including the website at win788.asia, all associated mobile-optimised pages, the win788 Casino, the win788 sportsbook, and all related services offered by win788 (collectively, the "Platform"). To access the full features of the win788 Platform, you must register a personal account. The following rules govern account registration and maintenance:

• Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the win788 Platform. Multiple accounts, whether registered using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers, are strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and email address.
• You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update your profile if any information changes.
• win788 account credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — must be kept strictly confidential. You must not share your account access with any other individual.
• win788 reserves the right to refuse registration of any account, or to close an existing account, without being required to provide a reason, subject to the return of any verified player funds.
• Account registration is free of charge. win788 does not levy any fee for the creation or maintenance of a player account.

Upon detection of multiple accounts attributable to the same individual, win788 reserves the right to close all such accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and return the aggregate verified deposit balance — net of any withdrawals already processed — to the player's primary verified payment method.

win788 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in compliance with its obligations under the conditions of its international gaming licence. Identity verification may be required at any of the following points:

• At the time of initial account registration.
• Prior to processing any withdrawal request above the applicable verification threshold.
• When win788's risk management systems flag unusual account activity.
• On an ad-hoc basis where required by win788's licensing authority.

For Pakistani players, the primary identity document required for KYC is your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC). You may be requested to provide a clear photograph of the front and back of your CNIC, a selfie holding your CNIC, and in certain circumstances proof of payment method ownership (such as a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account in your registered name).

win788 accepts deposits via the following verified payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank internet banking, and selected cryptocurrency options. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own legal name. win788 will not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• The minimum deposit amount is stated in the win788 cashier at the time of transaction. The minimum is currently PKR 500 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa.
• Deposits credited to your win788 account are available for use on the Platform only and may not be transferred to other players or accounts.
• win788 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside win788's control.
• win788 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or hold any deposit that it suspects is fraudulent, made from an ineligible source, or in violation of these Terms.

win788 processes withdrawal requests subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that are registered in the player's verified name and that have previously been used for deposit at win788, unless win788 approves an alternative method in writing.
• All active bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal can be processed from a balance that includes a bonus component.

The win788 sportsbook covers cricket (including PSL, international fixtures, and domestic tournaments), basketball, UFC, and other sports markets. All bets placed on the win788 sportsbook are subject to the following rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. win788 will not cancel or amend a bet after confirmation except in the circumstances described in these Terms (such as event cancellation or obvious error).
• win788 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where it suspects the bet is placed in bad faith, in violation of these Terms, or based on information not publicly available (inside information).
• In the event of an event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules specified in the win788 sportsbook rules document applicable to the relevant sport.
• Obvious errors in odds — including manifest pricing errors arising from technical faults — may be corrected by win788. Bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds may be voided or settled at the corrected price.

• Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to suspension and reopening in line with event developments. win788 takes no responsibility for bets placed based on information that was accurate at the time of placement but became inaccurate due to real-time event developments prior to final confirmation.

• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, win788 shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the win788 Platform.
• Any losses arising from your failure to keep your win788 login credentials secure.
• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the win788 Platform due to technical maintenance, third-party failures, regulatory requirements, or force majeure events.

• Any loss arising from your failure to read and comply with these Terms.

win788's total aggregate liability to you arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

win788 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they meaningfully alter your rights or obligations — win788 will notify registered players via the email address on record with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the changes take effect.
